Ellen joined Fetlor in September 2019. She keeps everything organised and takes care of finance, fundraising, HR, communications, evaluation and reporting. Ellen has a degree in Sociology and a MSc(R) in Socio-Cultural Studies with special interest in young people's lived experiences of learning about citizenship.

Mitch joined us in October 2019. Coming from the local area, Mitch attended Fet when he was young and aims to become a positive role model so he can have the same impact that the youth work team had on him and his peer group. Mitch is interested in video editing, gaming and working on the outdoors programme.

Paul (a.k.a. Craw) has worked at FetLor since 1997. He is a fountain of knowledge about our community. He also used to be in the circus!

Mai is our Trainee Youth Worker! She came to us as a volunteer and expressed an interest in Youth Work. She is working towards getting her diploma in youth work.

Amy is our Youth Work Manager and is in charge of dream-making. She runs our youth clubs. Amy comes from Muirhouse and has a degree in youth work. She is always challenging herself to be a better version of herself and encourages others to do the same.

Kevin is our Deputy Youth Work Manager who joined Fetlor in April 2019! He has a strong love for youth work and the support it can give to young people.

Will is the Duke of Edinburgh’s award manager here at FetLor. He started here as a sessional worker where he developed many good relationships with the young people here and he is excited to share skills in the outdoors with the people of North Edinburgh.
